Cider House Rounders are based in the rolling green cider county of North Somerset on the edge of the Mendip Hills. We play a range of local venues and have a strong connection with, and actively support, our local community. Throughout the year we play at Farmer's Markets, indoor and outdoor dances, festivals, charity events and at a host of other small venues. American Old Time is an acoustic form of music but we can also offer a PA that we can set up and use sensitively to ensure our sound is suitable for your space whether that space is big or small. First-time event organisers usually like to hear what we sound like and with this in mind we can provide high quality recorded samples of our music that are available on request.

Reviews and commendations are also available if you would like to read about our previous performances. We like to create a happy audience experience and for folks to have an enjoyable time wherever we play and with this in mind we can work closely with you before your event to ensure that your needs and expectations are met. Do you have particular favourite old time tunes that you've heard us play? Just let us know and we can include them in our set. Our set list is flexible and can be adapted to suit your individual event. Typically our sets are 30-45 minutes duration and we find we are often asked to play two sets for an evening event. For dances we have the stamina to play as long as the dancers can dance!

As a band we love to share our music and contribute toward creating a fun and lively atmosphere that has a warmth and inclusivity. As well as our music we bring character and humour to the stage and this builds a rapport with our audience. We play fiddle tunes, traditional ballads and up-beat dance music that is accessible to people of all ages. If you have a future event, maybe a wedding party, country dance, a charity fund-raiser, appropriately-themed business launch, small festival or private house concert and you would like us to play please get in touch. You can email us at ciderhouserounders@gmail.com or send us a message via our contact page.

The 'Rounders look forward to the opportunity to meet and entertain all you fine people sometime...
